File Size & Limits
Why 10MB? Most contracts and receipts are <1MB. Even scanned multi-page PDFs are usually 2-5MB. If you hit the limit, compress the PDF or split into multiple files.
Best Practices
✓ DO: Upload Everything at Once
Dump your contract, timesheet, and all receipts in one batch. AI processes them together for better context understanding.
✓ DO: Use Any Format You Have
Screenshot from Toggl, photo from your phone, PDF from email—whatever format you have is fine. Don't convert files.
✗ DON'T: Organize or Rename Files
Keep filenames as-is (IMG_3847.jpg is fine). Don't rename to "uber-receipt-oct-3.jpg". AI doesn't use filenames—it reads content.
✗ DON'T: Worry About Image Quality
Blurry receipt? Dark photo? Wrinkled scan? Upload it anyway. OCR handles poor quality better than you think (80-90% accuracy).
