Yes! Most freelancers invoice 2-4 clients per month. The free tier gives you 5 invoices/month, which covers typical freelance workloads. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.
What if my contract is a scanned image?▼
No problem! Instant Invoice has built-in OCR (optical character recognition). Upload photos or scanned PDFs—the AI will extract text automatically. Works even with poor image quality.
Can I edit the data before generating the invoice?▼
Yes. After AI extraction, you can review and edit any field (client name, amounts, line items, dates) using the JSON editor. The AI is 95%+ accurate, but you have full control.
How accurate is the AI extraction?▼
95%+ accuracy on typed contracts and receipts. The AI understands context, so it knows the difference between your business address and your client's address. For scanned documents, accuracy is 85-90% depending on image quality.
Is my client data secure?▼
Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS), processed on secure servers, and automatically deleted after 24 hours. We don't train AI models on your data. Read our privacy policy.
Can I use this for recurring clients?▼
